The group of young people and adults making the post-secondary transition is an important component of TRAMPO (see the second middle section of the wheel). The participants develop educational tools and give workshops on the post-secondary transition for other young people and adults, mainly in secondary schools.

The youth component receives financial assistance from the PESO.
