Thinking and acting together for the post-secondary transition in outaouais
The TRAMPO project invites partners from the educational, social and health sectors, as well as young people and adults making the post-secondary transition, to work together to support this transition in Outaouais.
The TRAMPO project is a collaboration between the Table Éducation Outaouais (TEO) and the Pôle en enseignement supérieur de l’Outaouais (PESO).
