Thinking and acting together for the post-secondary transition in Outaouais
It all
started
here.
In 2021, the TEO and the PESO joined forces to create a post-secondary transition project manager position to guide reflection and support partners working on the inter-level continuum of the post-secondary transition in Outaouais. It was also determined that the most vulnerable young people and adults transitioning to post-secondary needed special consideration. The TRAMPO project was launched in the spring of 2022, following the post-COVID return to in-person work.

Assessment of the project
On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at CÉGEP de l’Outaouais’ Café Contraste, we presented the assessment of the TRAMPO project—Thinking and acting for the post-secondary transition—to 60-some partners involved in the work undertaken since 2022.
Experiences were shared by members of the community of practice, composed of professionals, the group of young people in post-secondary transition, as well as colleagues carrying out TRAMPO project (research project, parents’ group).
TRAMPO Recommendations
Following the reflection exercise in May 2023, a new, more refined version of the TRAMPO recommendations was produced:
Several partners supporting the post-secondary transition in Outaouais took a variety of actions to apply these recommendations.
